The only thing they could have done better would have been to separate the 5 types of tags (400 of each) into 5 separate bags. I did not receive a 'proof' of the tags before they made them. Delivery was about 10 days from when the order was placed (which seems reasonable to me). We ordered 5 sets of 400 tags for a total of 2000. Overall I am very happy with the dog-tags we ordered. Excellent pricing for what I ordered too! Exceptional customer service as well.Ģ day turn around for 50 tags, excellent service! My order came promptly and the quality exceeded expectations.
